A Halifax radio section is under fire from the MP that is local who publicly denounced its “mail-order bride” competition.
On February 20, Q104 established “The Male is within the Czech” contest, which include five evenings in Prague, and four times with a female from www.czech-bride.com.

Halifax NDP MP Megan Leslie indicated her anger into the House of Commons on after having reportedly received complaints about the contest wednesday.
“As a lady, i will be furious. As being a Canadian, i do want to apologize to any or all women that are czech towards the 50,000 ladies of Czech descent staying in Canada,” said Leslie.
Protesters call the competition sexist and dangerous.
